Anyone know (or using?) a good (cheap or free) time-tracking program?

Hi all,
I'm looking for good and cheap or free time-tracking software for tracking time on our creative jobs at Weldon Studio. I have found "Virtual Timeclock" by a firm called, "Redcort," which is running on my machine right now in a "300-entry-free-demo-mode." I DO like it, but it costs almost $200, so I'm exploring other options, as well. I'm all MAC. In google searches, I've seen a number of free things for PCs, but little luck so far for Macs.

I did find one called, "Billings 3," for $40. It looks promising ... Has anyone ever worked with this?

Thanks for any help/input. - Earl Weldon, owner, Weldon Studio(.com)

Hi Earl,

If you're on a Mac try TimeCard - it's free.

Thanks, Rich!
I did take a look at that, but I found another item that seems to fit me better. I'll share it here with the group in case anyone else could benefit ... if you do any kind of creative work and you want to track time for billing purposes, or just so you know how long things are taking you! (We can often kid ourselves or misjudge how long a project took!)

I went with PayMo (www.PayMo.biz) and am only just getting started, but I like it so far.
"Virtual TimeClock" which I mentioned before is a REAL NICE program and does a lot of great things if you can spend $195.
PayMo is totally free (at least at the starter level, which is probably fine for small businesses &/or individuals).

"Billings3" which I also mentioned came with a free demo time period, but wasn't very user-friendly (at least to my mind), and the demo period ran out before I could ever figure it out!
Hope this helps someone. - EW
